It's very easy to meet people on cruise ships, especially for teens. Most
ships have a teen program that is specially designed to give kids a chance
to meet each other. Most big ships will have a teens-only Bon Voyage party or something to that effect. If the ship you are vacationing on doesn't offer this type of program, it's still very easy to meet people through other ship activities like contests and shore excursions.
